Türkiye’s domestically developed AKINCI unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) has successfully completed a critical air combat test. Built by Baykar, the advanced drone hit a high-speed target UAV using the SUNGUR Air Defense Missile, produced by Roketsan. During the firing trial, the missile struck its intended airborne target with pinpoint accuracy. This successful integration marks a significant milestone as the AKINCI continues to rapidly expand its advanced aerial combat capabilities.
