Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan held bilateral discussions with his Greek counterpart, George Gerapetritis, in the Bulgarian capital today. The meeting took place just ahead of the Southeast European Cooperation Process (SECP) summit hosted by Bulgaria. Fidan traveled to Sofia to officially represent Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan at the high-level regional gathering.
