Following the heavy rain that began in the evening hours in the district of Hatay’s Iskenderun in Türkiye, lightning illuminated the night sky and turned the Iskenderun Bay into a picturesque landscape. The lightning continued to be active throughout the night, with meteorology issuing a yellow code warning for heavy rain in the Gulf.
