Türkiye’s Nature Sports & Tourism Hub Eyes Guinness Record

The Çamaş Canyon, Türkiye’s longest stream canyon, is gearing up to become a hub for nature sports, tourism, water therapy, and health tourism. Mayor Mahmut Ayparçası emphasized the canyon’s potential for earning a Guinness World Record.

A 4-kilometer stretch of this 25-kilometer-long canyon, situated in Ordu’s Çamaş district, has been opened for tourism. Renowned for its breathtaking natural beauty, Çamaş Canyon offers an unparalleled experience to nature enthusiasts through its scenic hiking trails. Moreover, hosting a variety of plant and animal species, the canyon’s natural walking track positions it as a potential Guinness World Record holder for its biodiversity.
