Türkiye’s Palandöken Welcomes Winter With Snow-Covered Peaks

Palandöken Mountain in Erzurum has been blanketed in snow, creating striking scenes as autumn colors meet the first signs of winter. Snowfall at higher elevations turned the mountain’s peaks and ski slopes white, while preparations for the new ski season have been completed.

Known for having one of Türkiye’s longest ski seasons, Palandöken is home to some of the world’s longest and steepest ski runs. Located just 15 minutes from the airport and five minutes from the city center, the resort offers easy access for winter sports enthusiasts.
