Typhoon Bualoi kills 19 in Vietnam

The death toll from Typhoon Bualoi has risen to 19, with 88 injured and 21 still missing, according to government officials. The storm, the strongest to hit the country this year, damaged over 100,000 homes and flooded more than 10,000 hectares of farmland, mainly in Nghe An and Ha Tinh provinces.

Floodwaters have submerged villages, and authorities warn of landslides and flash floods. The typhoon had already killed 11 people in the Philippines and four in Thailand last week.
