Typhoon Doksuri kills Seven in Philippines

 

Typhoon Doksuri has caused seven fatalities in the northern Philippines due to floods and landslides. Tens of thousands of people have been affected, with over 16,000 evacuated from coastal and mountainous regions.

In Taiwan, warnings have been issued, schools and businesses shut, and over 4,000 people evacuated from high-risk areas. Power outages have affected more than 15,700 households, and multiple flights and rail services have been cancelled. The typhoon is predicted to impact China next.
