Four people were killed and five injured in an attack on Lgov, in Russia’s Kursk region, allegedly carried out by Ukraine using a US-made HIMARS rocket system, according to Russian officials.
Acting Kursk Governor Alexander Khinshtein reported severe damage, including a five-story apartment building, two houses, a beauty salon, and a section of the natural gas pipeline. Twelve vehicles were also damaged, and one of the injured remains in critical condition.
