Children who lost their lives in Russian attacks in many cities of Ukraine were commemorated on Children’s Day. At the commemoration ceremony held in Dobroskav village of Odessa city, empty chairs and toys were displayed in memory of the children who lost their lives.
So far, 262 children have lost their lives and 415 children have been injured in the attacks of the Russian army, and two-thirds of Ukrainian children were displaced, UNICEF reported.
According to reports verified by the United Nations (UN) High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), during the conflicts in Ukraine, an average of 2 children die and 4 are injured every day.
