The Ukrainian army struck the Syzran oil refinery in Russia’s Samara region, causing explosions and a fire at the facility, which supplies oil to the Russian military. Ukraine’s General Staff also reported hitting a Russian Armed Forces command center in Yenakiieve, in the occupied Donetsk region.
