A footage emerged of Colonel Yuri Bobrov, Head of the Legal Department of the Ukrainian General Staff, firing away towards 2 kids in front of a building in Ukraine’s Kyiv drew reaction. The children were not hurt in the incident.
Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksy Reznikov said in a statement after the footage was confirmed, “An investigation has been launched immediately to clarify the incident. This is both a disciplinary and criminal offense. A commission was established under the leadership of Deputy Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Lieutenant General Yevgeny Moysyuk. Yuri Bobrov was dismissed,” he said.
