United Nations (UN) Secretary-General Antonio Guterres shuffled the speech papers at a session of the UN Climate Change Conference (COP27) in Egypt. Noticing the situation, Guterres took the right papers and apologized to the participants. Receiving the correct papers, Guterres stated that he would meet with a group of young people after the session and said, “There was a small confusion, I apologize.”
