The Nibble Fish Thermal Spring, a unique natural wonder located in Türkiye’s Sivas, garners substantial attention from those seeking therapeutic relief in its waters. Situated 13 kilometers from the town of Kangal, the hot spring is known for its healing properties, particularly for skin diseases such as psoriasis and eczema. Patients receive treatment from the touch of nibble fish in selenium-rich water maintained at 37 degrees Celsius.
Visitor Adnan Yıldız shared his experience, saying, “We’re having a picnic and swimming in the water. Although the water is hot, it’s still refreshing. It’s quite crowded. The fish are very beneficial for those with psoriasis; they nibble at and treat small wounds and scales on your feet and body.”
Another visitor, Feridun Ulusoy, also recommended the experience. “I highly recommend this place. If you’re not used to them, it feels like the fish are eating you, but they’re actually just tickling. It takes about 5–10 minutes to get used to it, and then it becomes pretty cool,” he said.
