The video, recorded by an MQ-9 Reaper drone, was presented by Republican Representative Eric Burlison, who said the object appeared to keep moving despite the strike.
UAP journalist George Knapp called the footage “historic,” noting the missile seemed to bounce off the object. The Pentagon declined to comment, while lawmakers criticized the lack of transparency over such incidents.
