On the 20th anniversary of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks in New York, USA, ceremonies were held all over the country to commemorate the nearly 3,000 people who were killed. The annual Tribute in Light illuminated the sky in commemoration of the anniversary of the attacks again in NYC. Family members of the victims gathered on the Memorial plaza to remember the vicitms.
The United States President Joe Biden, former Presidents Barack Obama, Bill Clinton and their wives Jill Biden, Michelle Obama and Hillary Clinton attended the ceremony held in New York at the location of the former World Trade Center.
