A fire broke out in a warehouse in Kowloon, one of Hong Kong’s most populated areas, for an undetermined reason. About 3,600 people at the schools and other buildings in the region were evacuated. Authorities told citizens to keep doors and windows closed due to the smoke spreading with the wind. The fire was extinguished after five hours of effort.
