A waterspout, visible from many points nearby, appeared off the coast of Trabzon’s Sürmene district in the Eastern Black Sea region in Türkiye. Even though it did not reach the land, the waterspout caused panic among the citizens on the shore.
“I used to watch those on TV. I saw one live for the first time. It was very scary,” said İsmail Kılıç, a citizen.
