White swans spend winter in China wetland

Over 10,000 white swans have migrated from Siberia to the Yellow River wetland in Sanmenxia City, central China’s Henan Province to spend the winter. The habitat of the white swans have been enlarged from more than 10 square km in the past to more than 130 square km. Cattail grass, reeds, water lilies, and other aquatic plants that white swans enjoy to consume, have been planted to attract more of them to spend the winter in the area.
