Wildfire in California burns 18,853 hectares: 11,260 evacuated

Wildfire broke out on the Mosquito Road in Placer town on August 6th have burnt 18,853 hectares and caused 11,260 people to be evacuated in California, US. According to California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection, only 10% of the fire affecting both Placer and El Dorado towns has been taken under control. There are 5,858 houses that are reported as at risk.
