The first snowflakes of the season have fallen in the provinces of Liaoning, Jilin and Heilongjiang, China’s Ili Kazakh Autonomous Region. Stunning scenes occurred as the Apricot Valley in the Ili Kazakh Autonomous Region turned white.
Meteorologists warned the public that heavy snowfall and storms may disrupt transportation.
