worlds most ‘ridiculous’ building to be demolished in turkey

The last tenant of the world’s most ‘ridiculous’ building in Turkey’s Kahramanmaraş is moving out as the building is planned to be demolished by the end of this year as part of the ‘City Square Project’ initiated by the Turkish Ministry of Environment and Urbanization. Within the scope of the project, government buildings, workplaces and accommodation areas will be built where the area is declared as urban transformation area.

The building, located in the city center of Kahramanmaraş, was built in 1994, and it has become the symbol of the city in a short time with its yellow, blue and red colours as well as its architectural design.
