The tourism season in Mount Nemrut and Nemrut Crater Lake, which is the second-largest crater lake in the world, in Bitlis, Türkiye, began with the increase in temperatures. Receiving the ‘excellence award’ within the framework of the European Destinations of Excellence (EDEN) project, Nemrut Crater Lake offers various beauties, such as steam chimney, small and large lakes, to the visitors.
“Nemrut Crater Lake is the second-largest crater lake in the world. We came from Istanbul to see this place. We drank our tea and watched the lake in such beautiful weather. We fell in love here. We welcome everyone,” said Filiz Uysal, a visitor.
