At Least 12 Died after Migrant Boat Capsized in France

A migrant boat capsized in the English Channel off the Gris-Nez cape, near the town of Boulogne-sur-Mer in France. Authorities said that at least 12 people died, 2 were declared missing and several others were injured in the accident. Meanwhile, over 50 people were rescued.
