Dense dark clouds that formed after a week of rain in Türkiye’s Kars province collapsed over the city. Sunlight in some areas was greatly reduced as clouds made the sky invisible. The heavy rain continues intermittently across the city, said the 16th Regional Directorate of Meteorology.
