US soldiers cleared of Kabul Evacuation deaths

Soldiers of the US Air Force were cleared after an investigation launched into the loss of life during the evacuation flight in Afghanistan’s capital, Kabul, in August last year.

In addition to the human remains found on the landing gear of the plane, at least 2 people died after falling from the plane during the evacuation flights from the capital Kabul, after the Taliban took control of Afghanistan in August last year. As a result of the investigation launched after the incident, it was stated that the soldiers affiliated with the US Air Force were “in compliance with applicable rules of engagement.”
