70-year-old Turkish Tourist Goes Missing in Paris

A 70-year-old Turkish citizen, Mustafa Akçaer, who was on a holiday in France with his family, went missing after leaving for a walk in Paris four days ago. Despite extensive searches, the family couldn’t find any trace of him and reported the situation to the police. When the police search didn’t yield the expected results, the family shared a post on social media, prompting the formation of a voluntary group by Turkish citizens in Paris to assist in the search.

Selam Akçaer, Mustafa Akçaer’s son, said, “We tried to search on our own for the first two days. Then, as Turkish communities living in France started sharing the incident, a group of volunteers assembled, and we will search with them today. Apart from blood pressure and cholesterol issues due to his age, he had no mental problems.”
