Video emerged shows a Russian tank shooting a civilian car on an empty street in Ukraine on February 28. The car stopped after noticing the Russian tank, however it caught fire following the attack. Two people in the car were reportedly killed, according to local sources.
Ukraine’s Sumy Governor Dmytro Zhyvytskyy announced that the number of people killed in Russian army air strikes yesterday has risen to 22. Sumy was bombed three times in the night, and three of those killed were children, the governor said. In addition, 8 people were injured, including a 5-year-old girl, according to Zhyvytskyy.
