Death Toll due to Storm in Brazil Jumps to 66

The death toll in the Rio Grande do Sul state in southern Brazil has increased to 66, and 101 people remain missing, according to authorities. The adverse weather conditions have affected the majority of nearly 500 towns and cities in the state, forcing 80,000 people to leave their homes.
