Heavy rainfall caused flood in California state of US. As floods occurred at streets and avenues in different places around the state, water level at rivers rose up. Also, night long heavy rainfalls at East Hillcrest Boulevard and Hemlock Avenue flooded an underpass in Millbrae. Firefighters and police dispatched to scene. While rescuing the people who climbed onto a submerged vehicle, teams detected a second vehicle that was completely submerged in the water. Teams have tried to pull out the vehicle from under water but they failed due to water level rose up. As water pooled up at underpass was drained a few hours later, the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office stated that the teams managed to reach the vehicle at approximately 05:58 A.M. that they encountered the lifeless bodies of 2 people inside.
