Israeli airstrikes on Masyaf town in the central Syrian province of Hama and Tartus Governorate in the west of the country on Thursday injured two civilians, local sources said. Syria’s air defense systems intercepted some of the missiles coming from over the Mediterranean Sea before they reached their targets. The airstrikes targeted Iran-backed militia positions and warehouses in the area, authorities said.

Germany, France, and Jordan jointly delivered 24 tons of food and medical aid to Gaza, where a hunger crisis is worsening under Israel’s blockade.
