Floods and lightning strikes during monsoon rains in Pakistan caused loss of life and property damage. Eleven people in a family died as their house in Kohat city flooded. Nine people were killed by lightning strikes and four others by electric leakage.
Authorities said they expected heavy rainfall in Kashmir, Malakand, Hazara and Gujranwala Divisions and warned Karachi city against possible floods.
