The 25th version of the TÜBİTAK Sky Observation Festival, in which thousands of sky enthusiasts of all ages are brought together in Antalya Saklıkent, will be held between August 10 and 13 this year. The participants will camp with their tents in the area, which is placed at an altitude of 2,000 meters, and will have the opportunity to visit the TÜBİTAK National Observatory Campus, Türkiye’s largest active observatory. The event will also keep the enthusiasts entertained with astronomy-related seminars, competitions, workshops, and experiments.
The event was scheduled to coincide with the Perseid meteor shower.
