An explosion occurred at a petroleum pipeline located at Simon Bolivar city in Venezuela’s state of Anzoategui at night hours. While no loss of life reported, 3 injured due to explosion. After the explosion, security units were dispatched at the area and the settlements around the scene were evacuated. While the flames were seen from kilometers away, it’s been reported that the explosion caused material damage. Also it’s been stated that firefighters brought the flames under control after they arrived at the scene. Meanwhile, Anzoategui Governor Luis Jose Marcano confirmed the explosion and told that the explosion may have occurred because of unidentified people tried to drill the pipeline.
