Couple of suspects with vehicles and a group of suspects already on street at Gaziler Neighborhood opened fire to each other, leading a shootout in Kocaeli city, Turkey. After the shootout, 65 years old Hasbi G., 46 years old Mesut E. and a woman passing by in a taxi at that moment named Gül A. wounded. Meanwhile the suspects, who came with their vehicles, got into their vehicles and fled the scene. After eye witnesses report the incident to emergency services, a large number of police and medical teams deployed to scene. Reaching the address in a short time, the medical teams made the first aid to the injured at the scene. Later on, got into ambulances, the wounded taken to nearby hospitals. Preliminary findings in police investigation related to incident, 23 empty cases found on ground at the scene and determined that 6 bullets hit nearby vehicles and offices.
