313 Dead in Six Plane Crashes Worldwide

 

A total of 313 people have died in six plane crashes across the world in the last two months, raising concerns over aviation safety. The incidents, involving passenger planes and private jets, occurred in South Korea, Kazakhstan, South Sudan, Venezuela, and the USA.

The deadliest crash took place in South Korea on December 29, where a passenger plane from Bangkok crashed at Muan International Airport, killing 179 people. In Kazakhstan, an Azerbaijani plane crashed on December 25, resulting in 38 deaths.

On January 29, a plane carrying oil workers crashed in South Sudan, killing 20, while a passenger plane collided with a military helicopter in Washington, USA, leaving 67 dead. Additional crashes in Venezuela and Pennsylvania claimed nine more lives.
