In Antalya, a shuttle driver resting in the shade was shocked to find a snake above him attempting to swallow a mouse.
Mustafa Çiftçi had pulled over to rest before an airport transfer. While sitting under a tree, he heard a strange noise from above. Looking up, he came face to face with a snake coiled around a branch, devouring a mouse or lizard.
“I was cooling off in the shade when I heard the noise. When I looked up, I saw the snake with something in its mouth,” said Çiftçi, who recorded the moment and shared it online.
He warned others nearby and called the fire department. “It startled me. My friends were nervous too. Because it’s a forested area and the weather is hot, these things happen. People should stay alert,” he added.
