4 died after a military aircraft made a hard landing in Russia

A Russian Ilyushin Il-76 type military transport plane carrying 9 people in the western Russian city of Ryazan, made a hard landing. Emergency teams were dispatched to the area. According to the information provided by the Russian media that bases on the regional authorities, plane caught fire after the landing and 4 people on board lost their lives, 5 other were injured and taken to the hospital.
