Four died and 23 injured in a train accident that took place in the city of Qalyubiyya in Cairo, the capital of Egypt. According to the Egyptian National Railways, the incident broke out as the train, traveling from Cairo to the city of Menouf, hit a protection bumper at the end of the platform. Egypt’s Chief Prosecutor Hamada al-Savi announced that a team was dispatched to investigate the train crash.
