Within the scope of an operation carried out against the ISIS, six terrorists were killed and 2 terrorists were arrested in Afghanistan’s Kabul. The Taliban Spokesperson, Zabiullah Mujahid informed social media users by tweeting, “Forces of Special Units of Islamic Emirate spotted a hideout of IS militants yesterday (Friday) and arrested two operatives and after that stormed their hideout in Police District 8 as a result six insurgents were killed earlier today,”. One Taliban soldier was also killed, and another soldier was injured during the operation.

Mujahid also stated that the terrorists were detected to have been involved in the last terrorist attack in the Kaj Educational Center in Kabul.

The attacks on Kaj Educational Center on two separate dates, September 23^rd and 30^th, had killed a total of 60 citizens.
