A fire caused by an electric heater quickly engulfed a two-story wooden building in the Russian capital, Moscow, in the morning, killing 8 and injuring 7.
The Moscow District Prosecutor’s Office determined that the building was operated as a hostel, where illegal immigrants were staying. The Russian Investigative Committee is working on identifying the dead casualties.
