A bus with people traveling to Madinah to perform the pilgrimage had an accident in Saudi Arabia. After the accident, many number of first aid teams were dispatched to the region. Red Crescent General Manager in Medina Ahmed Al-Zahrani announced that 8 people lost their lives and 43 more were injured in the bus accident that took place on the Migration Highway Al Madinah Al Munawwarah Road. Al-Zahrani added that 3 out of a total 51 passengers were hospitalized with serious injuries. Local authorities reported that the victims’ families were contacted to hand over the dead bodies, while the injured continue to be treated in Saudi hospitals.
