Ukraine once again targeted Russia’s border city of Belgorod. Belgorod Regional Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said that 8 people, including an 11-year-old girl, were injured.
Gladkov also report that 34 flats in 19 apartment buildings and 37 vehicles were also damaged as a result of the attack.
