According to the daily report of the Mexican National Center for Disaster Prevention (CENAPRED), Popocatepetl Volcano erupted three times yesterday. The eruptions caused ashfall in many settlements. In the city of Amecameca, located approximately 20 kilometers northeast of the volcano, construction equipment was mobilized to clean up the ash on the streets.
Explosions in the volcano broke the windows of some houses and workplaces nearby in April and May.
