A chain reaction accident occurred as a result of a pickup truck traveling on the Osmangazi Bridge that connects Kocaeli province to Istanbul province in Türkiye, hitting a panel van from behind. Following the crash, the vehicles hit two more vehicles. Nine injured people were taken to hospitals in Kocaeli by emergency service teams.
