Death Toll Rises in Mexico from Hurricane Lidia and Storm Max

Death toll in Hurricane Lidia on Mexico’s Pacific coast stands at 3, while 2 died from tropical storm Max. The states of Nayarit, Jalisco, Colima, and Sinaloa were affected. Shelter centers were set up in Nayarit, providing refuge for 171 individuals, with extensive disaster response efforts involving 32,293 Armed Forces personnel and power restoration in 22% of affected areas by the Mexican Electricity Administration.
