As in the entire country, the 100th anniversary of the Turkish Republic was celebrated with excitement in Muğla’s tourist district, Bodrum. Citizens who took to the streets around 19:00 in the evening flocked to Bodrum Municipality Square with Turkish flags in their hands. Approximately 10,000 people attended the celebrations, where different artists gave concerts and Ataturk’s favorite songs were played.
