Families of the Israeli citizens imprisoned by Hamas and, many others who want to support them, continue to stage protests in Israel. Thousands of Israelis gathered in Prisoner Square in the capital, Tel Aviv, and reacted to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his government. Holding banners reading “Bring back our children immediately” and pictures of their captured relatives, the demonstrators called for Netanyahu’s immediate resignation.
