Wild Herd of Yellow Sheep Spotted In China

In the grasslands of the Horqin Right Front Banner in north China’s Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, a herd of wild yellow sheep has been sighted during their presumed annual winter migration from Mongolia into China. These wild yellow sheep are granted first-class national protection in China. Over recent years, local authorities have intensified their efforts in ecological restoration and the safeguarding of wildlife.
