A fire broke out in the laser epilation room on the top floor of a 7-story private hospital in the Güngören district of Türkiye’s Istanbul province. The fire caused great panic in the area, but no casualties were reported.

“We were very scared. The patients were inside. I didn’t hear an explosion, but the windows were broken during the fire,” said İrem Talu, a witness.

A firefighting plane crashed into Seyhan Dam Lake in Adana in Türkiye while battling a forest fire in Çukurova district. Both pilots were rescued alive by emergency teams. The crash, which occurred during takeoff after collecting water, was captured on video. The pilots were hospitalized as a precaution and reported to be in good condition.
