Defendant Attacks Judge for Rejecting Probation Request

Thirty-year-old defendant Deobra Delone Redden, charged with serious assault, attacked the judge after his request for probation was rejected at the Clark County District Court in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. Mary Kay Holthus, the judge who rejected Redden’s request because of his previous crimes like domestic violence, was slightly injured, and a court official suffered a dislocated shoulder. Redden will face several new serious charges, including battery.
